USA Today reports on the results of a huge study by Gallup on what it calls its "Wellness Index." Interestingly the healthiest and happiest cities tend to be west of the Mississippi River. California had 4 cities in the top 10, followed by Utah with 2. Boulder Colorado was number 1, which makes sense if you've ever been to Boulder. Where does you city rank?
